This Privacy Policy explains how TELMO one, a software platform owned by:

collects, uses, and protects users’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

TELMO one collects the following personal data from users (i.e., administrators and event organizers):

Purpose of Data Collection
The collected personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Account registration and user management within the TELMO one system
- Communication regarding system usage
- Technical support and customer service
- Internal analytics and reporting (in aggregated, anonymized form)
Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed based on:
- User consent – for non-essential data
- Contract execution – for essential data required to provide system functionality
Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained:
- as long as the user account is active, or
- up to 12 months after account deactivation, unless otherwise required by law
Users may request earlier erasure in accordance with the right to be forgotten.

Users have the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
How to exercise your rights
Users may exercise their rights by:
- Sending a request via e-mail to info@telmo-one.com with the subject line “GDPR request”.
- Clearly specifying the right they wish to exercise.
- Providing additional identity verification if needed, for privacy protection.
We respond to all requests within 30 days, unless legally justified to extend the deadline.
Disclosure to Third Parties
TELMO one does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except:
- with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, e-mail) under signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
- when required by law or legal obligation
Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Access control based on user roles
- Regular backups and system monitoring
- Audit logging and activity tracking
Cookies and Tracking
TELMO one currently does not use cookies for user tracking outside the system. If this changes, users will be informed and asked for explicit consent.
Supervisory Authority
If users believe their data protection rights have been violated, they may file a complaint with the competent authority:

Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. All changes will be published within the TELMO one system or sent via e-mail. Users are encouraged to check this Policy from time to time.
Processing of Event Participants’ Data (Processor Role)
TELMO one is a SaaS platform used by clients to organize and manage conferences, training sessions, and similar events. In this context, clients may use TELMO one to collect and process personal data of event participants (e.g., name, surname, email, etc.).
In relation to this data:
- the client is the Data Controller, and
- BARREK d.o.o., as the owner of the TELMO one platform, acts solely as the Data Processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
We:
- process participant data only under the Controller’s documented instructions
- do not use such data for our own purposes
- implement technical and organizational security measures to protect the data
- sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each client
The Controller is solely responsible for the legality, content, and purpose of such data processing.
BARREK d.o.o. is not liable for any use of participant data that goes beyond the functionality and intended use of the TELMO one system.
